Option 1 – No Refunds:

We offer exchanges for UNWORN pieces with original tags attached to it, that are initiated within 05 (five) days from the date the package is received for orders within the continental U.S. purchased through prisgoldjewelry.com. 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Pris23@live.com with details of the product and the defect. We will contact you back within 48 business hours with the instructions for the return and replacement.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or an exchange as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or exchange, we will replace the product or issue a credit of the purchase price, using a gift card. Please make sure to save the receipt of shipping in case we do not receive it within 05 (five) days which is the acceptable time on our policy.

Merchandise purchased as Final Sale, may not be returned. Please allow 5 (five) business days from shipping transit time for us to receive your package.

To ensure you that your exchange request will accepted remember to:

  • Keep all hangtags attached to unworn garments.
  • Damaged items may not be returned.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
